“Ascension Chamber”, the new video from Swedish progressive melodic death metallers SCAR SYMMETRY.
Commented guitarist Per Nilsson: “A spiritual entity that originates from the sun travels through the solar system, destination: the earth. That’s the basic concept of the song ‘Ascension Chamber’. So when we decided to do a video for it, we knew we had to set it in space!
“We shot the video on the 25th of October with director Ronny Hemlin, only two days before we went on the Neckbreakers Ball tour. We performed ‘Ascension Chamber’ every night on tour and it’s one of those songs that just works really well live. It’s a keeper on the setlist for sure.”
“Ascension Chamber” comes off SCAR SYMMETRY’s latest album, “Dark Matter Dimensions”, which was released on October 2 via Nuclear Blast Records.
