    Yes he is. He’s the one who plays this solo. This song is off of the album “Mechanized Warfare”, which was released in 2001. Broderick played in the band from 97 – 08

    I love this song, but it seems to me like the mixing could’ve been a bit better. It seems like the snare drum is way too loud compared to everything else. Up the cymbals and guitar a bit, then it’d sound a lot better.

    the audio was converted from stereo to mono, which tends to cancel out some frequency and double others. Since the snare is typically in the center, it will tend to jump out in the mix as well as any intruments that were not stereo enhanced.
