Over this weekend, Warner Bros Records, on their official Youtube channel, removed all the geo-targeting and embed limitations. Because of that, we have updated the Metal(z) website with the videos from Metallica, Static-X, HIM and Disturbed.
To our surprise a few hours ago, somebody from Warner considered that this wasn’t such a smart move and reapplied all the restrictions causing crippling of apx 100 videos.
We apologize for any inconvinence caused to our readers, but we cannot change the (stupid) policies of the big record labels.
We have identified the method to add the videos from YouTube in high quality. We will try to gradually migrate all the videos, but for the beginning we will be adding the top 5 videos each week as voted by you.
